Frequently asked questions about our terms
Accounts with false identity information or payment details breach our terms. We may suspend the account pending verification. If information cannot be verified, we'll close the account and return your balance to the payment method you registered.
Each person may hold one active account. Multiple accounts from the same individual are against our terms and may result in account suspension. If you've forgotten your login, use our password reset feature instead of opening a new account.
We retain your transaction records, identity verification and payment details for the period required by applicable law. Personal contact information is deleted 30 days after closure unless legal obligations require us to keep it longer.
Contact support with your transaction ID and payment method. We'll review the transaction record and work with your bank or payment provider if needed. Most disputes are resolved within 5–7 business days through our support team.
We require your password and two-factor authentication to access your account. If you suspect unauthorized activity, contact support immediately. We'll review your account activity and work to secure it. Never share your password or login details.
We may close accounts that have shown no activity for 12 consecutive months. Before closure, we'll send a notice to your registered email. You can reopen the account by contacting support, or log in again to restore it.
Withdrawal limits depend on your account verification level and the payment method you use. Check your account settings for your current limits. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS withdrawals process within 1–5 minutes once verified.
